SAVILLS PRIVATE FINANCE ARRIVES IN JERSEY
Savills Private Finance (Channel Islands) Ltd, a company wholly owned by Savills Private Finance (SPF), the UK’s leading independent mortgage broker, has opened an office in Jersey. This follows the company’s successful opening of its Guernsey office in 2006.SPF (Channel Islands) will advise on all aspects of mortgage finance, including new purchases, remortgages and investment finance.
SPF is part of the Savills Group, the international property consultants. SPF has 20 offices across the UK, employing more than 200 staff. The broker specialises in six- and seven-figure mortgages.
