SAVILLS PRIVATE FINANCE OPENS NEW OFFICES IN CARDIFF AND WINDSOR
Savills Private Finance, one of the UK’s leading independent mortgage brokers, has kicked off the New Year by opening new offices in Cardiff and Windsor. This brings the total number of offices to 21 as SPF celebrates 10 years in the mortgage broking business.
The Cardiff office is SPF’s first in Wales. Clients living in Wales have until now been served by SPF’s Bristol office so the Cardiff office will be more accessible. Welsh clients will benefit from an experienced team with a wealth of knowledge of the region, along with easier accessibility enabling SPF to deliver an even better service.
Windsor and its surrounds are an attractive proposition for SPF with property regularly commanding premium prices and requiring substantial mortgages. Moving into Windsor was an obvious step for SPF, enabling us to provide enhanced service in the area.
